1, No. 3 frequency transformer no-load test
Connect the three-phase 380V power supply directly to the "A, B, C" input terminals on the back of the unit. The test method is the same as the no-load test method of the split triple frequency power generation device.
2, load test
(1) Connect the three-phase 380V power supply directly to the “A, B, C†input terminals on the back of the device: Connect the two ends of the test object to the “a, x†output terminals on the back side respectively; connect the ground wire;
(2) Turn on the power, turn the regulator handle back to the zero position, the power indicator (green light) is on; press the red button, the contactor closes, and the work indicator (red light) is on;
(3) Rotate the pressure regulator handle clockwise and watch the output voltmeter closely. When it rises to the required voltage value, open the timing switch (the time relay is set to 040 according to the test requirements) and start counting the pressure resistance time;
(4) If no abnormal condition occurs, 40 seconds later, the timing sound will be heard and the pressure regulator handle will be reversed to the zero position. When the red stop button is pressed, the contactor is powered off. The working indicator light is off and the green signal light is on. The input three-phase power should be cut off quickly and the test is completed.
