(1) Please check whether the power supply of the sensor is supplied, and whether the POWER lamp (red light) of the panel is on.
(2) Check whether the panel's OK light (green light) is on. If it is on, check whether the power and contact of the lock is correct.
(3) Whether the panel's DENY light (yellow light) is on, and if it is on, the card is not registered.
(4) Continuous sensing, please move the card out of the sensing range first, and then once again.
(5) Please check if the door open mode is correct.
Press system password, but you can't enter the function options of setting mode?
(1) The system password input is incomplete. Please check if the input is as listed in the manual.

(1) Please check if there is an unregistered proximity card near the card reader.
(2) Whether the power of the card reader is shared with other card readers or devices. If so, please turn off the power, because other devices' signals may interfere with the host's sensing.
(3) Whether or not there are other induction hosts near the card reader. If so, increase the distance between the two proximity card readers to prevent mutual interference.
The IP address of the AP-60 cannot be found using the ETM program.
(1) Please check whether the computer is on the same network segment as the AP-60. Please refer to step 1 of the setting of the conversion box for detailed settings.
(2) Please check if there is a firewall on the computer. If so, please close the firewall first to prevent the packet from being blocked.
(3) If AP-60 still cannot be found, try PING 192.168.10.89 (preset IP) to see if there is any response. If yes, please use the browser (IE) to input the default address, which can open the setting page. The biggest possible cause of this reason is that the firewall is not shut down.
(4) If the default IP can not be connected, please check whether the line between the AP-60 and the computer is normal or there is a router (ROUTER), or the hub (HUB) used is 100M, no 10/100 SWITCH These will cause the AP-60 not to be found. Please remember that when the AP-60 is set for the first time, no Gateway is specified. Therefore, the Hub that can only be set and used in the same network segment must have the 10/100 M SWITCH function.

Yes, AP-60 can give normal IP without partition or virtual IP, but they all need to be fixed IP. The AP-60 also supports DHCP, but it is also easy to maintain in the future to avoid unnecessary trouble, so if you use the DHCP given address you must also set the IP to be fixed or retained .
How to set physical IP?

How to use floating entity IP (ADSL)?

(1) Apply for free dynamic DNS service at http://, or apply for other IP ROUTER support to read Dynamic DNS service.
(2) Set Dynamic DNS to IP ROUTER.
(3) A fixed virtual IP is sent from the IP ROUTER to the AP-60, and the used port is mapped to the AP-60.
(4) Add a new communication interface in the access control or attendance communication software. Please enter the requested Dynamic DNS in the IP content. This can achieve the purpose of communicating with the floating IP.
After setting AP-60 but access control or attendance software fails to communicate?
There are many reasons why you can't communicate. The general solution can be divided into three categories: 1. Device (AP-60 and card reader) 2. Software (access control program).
(1) Check whether the card reader's communication interface and AP-60 communication interface are in compliance with each other (RS-485 and RS-232). Please pay special attention to whether the interface switch is in the correct position.
(2) Whether the communication line is correct DT+ and DT- is there any wrong connection?
(3) Whether the AP-60 power light is normal (blinking) and the LAN light is solid (network wiring is correct).
(4) If the computer or the IP sharer has the firewall turned on, if it is available, please close it and try it again, or the PORT to be used will be turned on (the preset PORT is 4444 or 3333).
(5) Is the setting of the access control or attendance control software correct? Please check if the content of the communication interface contains IP, PORT, and the communication method (TCP or UDP) is correct?
(6) Check whether the card reader's serial number and communication interface in the software are correct?
