Industrial Energy Conservation "Twelfth Five Year Plan"

To implement the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China", "Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Planning (2011-2015)" and "Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of the State Council during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan" And the “Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Planning (2011-2015)” establishes the concept of green development and raises the level of industrial energy conservation. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has formulated the “12th Five-year Plan” for industrial energy conservation.
