Article 4 Responsibilities of Both Parties (1) Responsibilities of Party A
1. Submit the information required by the design to Party B as scheduled, and ensure that the quality of the submitted data meets the engineering design requirements.
2. Pay Party B deposit and engineering design fee according to the agreed date and quantity.
3. When the processing orders for the construction materials and equipment of this project are required to be cooperated with the design personnel of Party B, the necessary expenses shall be borne by Party A.
(II) The responsibility of Party B
1. As scheduled, Party A will pay the design documents stipulated in this contract, and ensure that the quality of the design documents meets the requirements of relevant national regulations and standards, and meets Party A's requirements for construction and use.
2. Responsible for the design and delivery of the engineering design projects listed in this contract before the start of construction. Responsible for timely solving technical problems related to design during construction of the project. Participate in the acceptance of the project completion as required.
Article 5 Liability for breach of contract
(1) When Party B fails to submit the design documents according to the time stipulated in this contract due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall calculate from the next day after the date of submission, and for each delay of one day, compensate Party A for economic loss as the design fee for the design stage _______ Liquidated damages.
(2) When Party B's design mistakes cause serious economic losses to Party A, Party B is obliged to continue to take remedial measures in design and to compensate Party A for the actual economic losses incurred by Party A accordingly. The total amount of compensation shall not exceed that of the part of the project. All design fees.
(3) When Party A fails to perform the contract, Party B does not return the deposit, and according to the actual amount of work done by Party B, an additional design fee shall be paid. When Party B fails to perform the contract, Party B shall return the Party A deposit twice and return all the design fees other than the deposit.
Article 6 Entry into force, suspension and termination of the contract
(1) This contract is subject to the signature of Party A and Party B is valid after being affixed with the official seal of the unit legal person. The effective date of this contract shall be based on the date of signature (or seal) of the last party in Party A and Party B.
(2) When both A and B need to change or terminate the design contract for any reason, they shall notify the other party in writing one week in advance, obtain agreement on the remaining issues in this contract, and form a written agreement to be implemented as an annex to this contract. Before the agreement is reached, the contract will continue to be valid.
(3) If the design work is stopped midway due to Party A's reasons, the paid deposit will not be refunded.
(4) This contract shall provide Party B with all the engineering design documents stipulated in this contract, and Party A shall terminate this contract relationship from the date of payment of the full design fee in this contract, except as otherwise stipulated in this contract.
Article 7 Settlement of Contract Disputes In the course of implementation of this contract, disputes will arise. When the parties fail to negotiate, they shall adopt the following ____ ways to solve the disputes:

Article 9 Contract text
15.1 This contract shall become effective after both sides have signed (stamped) the seals.
15.2 The project shall not be subcontracted after this contract is signed.
15.3 This contract is made in two copies. Both Party A and Party B hold one copy.
15.4 The termination of the contract is automatically completed.
15.5 This contract implements the principle of voluntary client verification. The contract can be submitted to the administrative department of industry and commerce in your district for contract verification to protect the legal rights of both parties to the contract.
