Relevant personnel will test their safety and navigation performance during the year and strive to put them into practical application as soon as possible. This is Japan's first fuel cell ship. The test vessel is set up as a fishing boat with a total length of 12.5 meters and can accommodate 12 people. The ship is powered by 450 liters of hydrogen fuel, which is powered by a fuel cell and turns the motor.

It has a speed of 20 knots (about 37 kilometers per hour) and is no different from ordinary fishing boats. However, the current supplement of hydrogen fuel can only sail for 2 hours.
