Jilin Liyuan Aluminum Orders New Aluminum Extruder to Simmel, Germany

Jilin Liyuan Aluminum Co., Ltd. of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province recently ordered two new aluminum extrusion presses from SMS Meer, one of which is a front loading press with a tonnage of 160 MN. One is a forward and reverse pipe extruder with a tonnage of 60MN. Using this 160 MN front loading extruder, the company will be able to produce profiles up to 1 meter wide with annual production capacity of large profiles exceeding 20,000 tons. The company plans to put this extruder into use in December 2013. Through the 60MN forward and reverse pipe extrusion press, Jilin Liyuan Company will be able to produce seamless pipes up to 450mm in diameter and be able to produce pipes and profiles in both positive and negative directions.
