Positive pressure air breathing apparatus using operating procedures

1 、 Preparation before use

1.1 Before installing the respirator, check that the O -rings connecting the caps are in the correct position and are damaged.

1.2 Air pressure check: Before use, there must be enough air in the cylinder (gas cylinder pressure is generally 28 - 30MP a), and it is inflated immediately below 20 MP a.

1.3 Air tightness inspection

1.3.1 Press the supply valve close switch to the closed position.

1.3.2 Slowly open the cylinder switch completely so that the system is full of pressure. At this time, a short warning sound will be heard.

1.3.3 Close the cylinder switch and observe the pressure indicator. The pressure drop in 5 minutes does not exceed 4 MP a.

1.4 Alarm Alarm Test

1.4.1 Block the outlet of the supply valve with your finger, press the center button of the cap, and slowly remove your finger to keep the pressure slowly lowered.

1.4.2 Observe the pressure indication. When the set pressure ( 4 - 6MP a) is reached, the alarm should sound an alarm.

1.4.3 After completing the alarm alarm test, press the supply valve off switch to close it.

1.5 supply valve and mask connection

1.5.1 Check the O -ring seals on the full-face shield interface and supply valve and ensure that they are clean and intact.

1.5.2 Insert the supply valve into the mask interface until it locks.

1.5.3 Check that the supply valve is installed securely.

2 , wear operation method

2.1 For the top of the cylinder (optical tip), grasp the right hand with the left hand, grasp the left hand with the right hand, and force the cylinder back on the back to adjust the righting position.

2.2 Buckle the buckle, tighten the chest strap; both hands tighten the shoulder strap at the same time.

2.3 Hang the mask strap from behind and around the neck. Put the mask on the head and straighten it.

2.4 With both hands, pull the five fastening straps on the mask back at the same time so that the mask is tight against the face.

2.5 Check the airtightness of the mask: If you feel breathing difficulties, it means that the seal is good ; otherwise, you should continue to tighten the five fixing straps on the mask.

2.6 Open the cylinder valve for normal breathing.

3 , wearing use

3.1 The indicator value of the pressure gauge should be observed at any time.

3.2 When the indicated value of the pressure gauge is in the range of 4 - 6MP a, the alarm sound should be heard. At this moment, the safest area must be evacuated in the fastest way.

3.3 When you hear the alarm sound, observed pressure gauge 4 - When 6MP a, should be evacuated to a safe area, re-exchange cylinder filled air.

4 , after use instructions

4.1 Relax the headgear of the mask, place the supply valve in the closed position, and remove the cover.

4.2 Close the cylinder switch.

4.3 Unfasten the belt, check the shoulder strap, remove the respirator and place it in the right place. Do not drop the respirator at random at this time to avoid accidental damage.

5 , matters needing attention

5.1 During use, when the pressure drops to 5 - 6MPa , an alarm sounds in the alarm (noisy environment can't be overly dependent on audible alarm, and the indicating value of the pressure gauge should be observed at any time) to remind the user to evacuate the scene in time.

5.2 Cylinder can only use pure air, can not use oxygen. Respirators should be kept by special personnel. Store in a dry, ventilated area.

5.3 When used, the gas in the cylinder cannot be completely used up, and the residual pressure not less than 0.05 MPa should be retained .

5.4 It should be periodically flushed with high-pressure gas. Scrub the reducer housing and the 0 -ring seal with ether . If the seal gasket is damaged, it should be replaced.

5.5 When the air respirator is not in use, the full cover is placed in a safe deposit box. When the full-face mask is stored, it cannot be in a compressed state. It should be stored in a clean, dry warehouse, and it must not be exposed to sunlight, toxic and harmful gases and dust.

5.6 Air Supply Valves Do not disassemble under normal conditions.

5.7 Beards, horns, or glasses can affect the tightness of the respirator mask.

5.8 Respirators are not designed for underwater use.

6, positive pressure air breathing products recommended

RHZKF positive pressure air breathing apparatus

The positive pressure air breathing apparatus is equipped with a full-face mask with a broad vision, bright and airtightness. The gas supply device is equipped with a small volume, light weight, reliable performance, high safety, comfortable wear, comfortable breathing, wide vision, and adaptability. It is an ideal personal respiratory protection device for rescue, disaster relief and fire fighting operations. The high-strength backplate and high-quality high-pressure gas cylinders with high safety factor are selected; the pressure relief valve device is equipped with a residual gas alarm, and within the specified cylinder pressure range, an acoustic signal can be sent to the wearer to remind the user to evacuate the site in time.
