According to the results of the national business climate survey, the national business climate index for the third quarter was 124.4, up 8.5 points from the second quarter.
First, the business climate of various industries has risen in the boom period for two consecutive quarters. In the third quarter, the business climate of various industries continued to rise in the boom zone. The industrial enterprise prosperity index was 120.5, an increase of 8.5 points over the second quarter. The manufacturing enterprise prosperity index was 120.0, an increase of 8.3 points over the second quarter. Except for the textile industry, the business climate of other industries was in the boom zone. The business climate index of construction, transportation, warehousing and postal services, wholesale and retail, real estate, information transmission computer services and software industry were 134.5, 116.9, 136.0, 126.3 and 151.8, respectively, up 5.6, 8.4 and 9.5 respectively over the second quarter. 6.7 and 6.7 points; the social service industry [1], accommodation and catering business climate index were 124.1 and 115.1, respectively, significantly higher than the second quarter, with an increase of 15.1 and 12.1 points respectively.
Second, the business climate of each registration type is located in the boom zone. Since the fourth quarter of 2008, the business climate of all registered types has been in the boom for the first time in this quarter, and has increased to varying degrees compared with the second quarter. The business climate index of state-owned enterprises, joint-stock cooperative enterprises, limited liability companies, joint stock limited companies, private enterprises, foreign businessmen, and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwanese investment enterprises was 123.0, 110.9, 119.8, 135.2, 112.4 and 129.1, respectively, which were 8.7 and 8.9 higher than the second quarter respectively. 8.2, 9.8, 7.7 and 12.2 points; the collective enterprise prosperity index was 105.3, and it rose to the boom zone.
Third, the prosperity of large enterprises continues to increase significantly. The prosperity index of large enterprises was 148.1. On the basis of a substantial increase of 17.1 points in the second quarter, it increased by 15.1 points. The medium-sized enterprise sentiment index was 123.3, up 6.5 points over the second quarter. The small business boom rebounded to the boom zone, with an index of 107.1. 8.5 points.
Fourth, the business climate in the eastern, central and western regions continued to rise. The business climate index of the eastern, central and western regions was 124.3, 124.5 and 124.5 respectively, which was 8.7, 8.2 and 8.2 points higher than the second quarter.
