(4) The chips are in the form of powder: The cutting wheels of the cutting wheel are in the form of powder. The wear of the cutting tool is the wear of the flank, which is mainly subject to abrasion of the grinding wheel.
(5) Low cutting force and cutting temperature: The diamond compact has a high thermal conductivity, which is 1.5 to 9 times that of cemented carbide and 2 to 6 times that of copper, making the temperature in the cutting zone very quickly. Therefore, the temperature of cutting the resin binder or the ceramic binder grinding wheel with the diamond composite disc cutter is many times lower than the cutting metal.
(6) Compared with traditional turning tools, the diamond composite sheet has almost no dust fly during the turning process, noise is effectively reduced, and the working environment is further improved, which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of employees.
