4. Water or steam. In order to avoid damage to high-rise buildings caused by water or water vapor, external insulation materials with good water repellency and good water vapor permeability should be selected to avoid wall condensation or water content increase inside the insulation layer during water or steam migration. 5. Fire. High-rise buildings require more fire protection than multi-storey buildings.
