Lei Haichao, director of the Beijing Municipal Health Planning Commission, said that with the registration of a large number of sources and the registration of real-name systems, the number of traffickers who queued to the medical institutions has become less and less. However, there are still many traffickers who are trading in the hospital or hospital. In response to this situation, more than 30 hospitals such as Tiantan Hospital and Beijing Third Hospital have installed face recognition systems. In order to combat the behavior of the traffickers using the technical means of grabbing network resources in a short period of time, the real patients can get the number smoothly. The Beijing Municipal Health Planning Commission also united the public security , network information offices and other departments to supervise the abnormal registration. In the future, all parties will realize information sharing and establish a blacklist system for “sellers†shared by law enforcement agencies, registered platforms, and medical institutions, and jointly crack down on punishing “smugglersâ€.
In addition, the registration platform is also studying the “slow queuing†mechanism of the 12306 train ticket. In the Spring Festival this year, 12306 introduced the "slow queuing" mechanism. If a user suspects that the machine is used or the external ticket is robbed, it will be immediately locked and listed in the slow queuing queue, allowing the qualified users to queue at normal speed. Lei Haichao said that the Beijing Municipal Health Planning Commission has sent staff to the railway department to learn advanced experience.
