However, a survey by the reporter found that the supervision companies that searched through such web keywords are likely to be suspicious informal companies.
The reporter conducted a search in Baidu with "home improvement supervision" as a key word. The top of the home page lists five supervision companies. These companies have used the words "professional home improvement supervision" and "home improvement supervision preferred". After the reporters opened the five company websites, they found that the website's home page production was beautiful and the website content was very rich. They listed examples of supervising engineering projects that many companies had done, and they also had recruitment themes. Some talents, some also listed 400 telephones, some also said that the city has a number of divisions. If you look at the website alone, these companies seem to be on a large scale.
Qualification queries doubtful
How are these companies? The reporter first dialed the customer service telephones of these five companies. The customer service staff all stated that the company had formal qualifications for engineering supervision. In order to verify its claims, the reporter conducted a search on the websites of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Municipal Housing and Construction Committee about the qualifications of construction project supervision and found that only the names of the two companies could be found, while the other three companies: Beijing Ke Lingke Decoration Supervision Co., Ltd., Beijing Longji Decoration Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd., and Beijing Fuli Infrastructure Decoration Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd. have disappeared.
The reporter also conducted a corporate credit search for the three companies on the website of the Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. It was found that these three companies were indeed officially registered in the Bureau of Industry and Commerce, but in addition to Beijing Ke Lingke Decoration and Supervision Co., Ltd., a business scope With the bid of "decoration and decoration project supervision", the other two companies did not supervise related projects.
