Bearings belong to the basic industry of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the first industry in Wuhu. The total investment of the creation park project is 9.13 billion yuan. It is led by Renren Group and joins dozens of industrial enterprises such as Shanghai Renmin Group and Hangzhou Bearing Group to build a high-end bearing industry base in Wuhu. The project includes 16 major types of bearing projects, R&D centers, schools and training bases, among which industrial projects have an investment of 7.38 billion yuan. It is estimated that the annual output value will exceed 10 billion yuan after the completion of the project. The creation park will develop and expand a number of bearing enterprises with the largest scale and level in the world, and vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of China's bearing industry and realize its leap from “manufacturing†to “creationâ€. Zhang Tongsheng told reporters that Wuhu is a hot spot for investment. After inspecting more than a dozen cities, the project was finally settled in the Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone. The fancy is the good environment of “pro-business, security, and wealthy business†and huge development potential. It is reported that the People's Group was founded in 1991 and was established in 1997. It is one of the largest bearing manufacturers in China, forming seven bearing production bases in Wenzhou, Hangzhou, Wuxi and Shanghai. It has more than 70 bearing products and accessories manufacturing enterprises. With an annual production capacity of 650 million sets, it ranks among the best in the domestic industry. As early as 2001, the People's Group of China came to invest, and Wuhu Renben Bearing Co., Ltd. and Wuhu Shuangxi Bearing Co., Ltd. all made great progress in Wuhu. At the groundbreaking ceremony, 12 companies including the People's Group donated a total of 17.5 million yuan to the Drip Charity Foundation. The foundation was established in April 2011 and is mainly for economically underdeveloped areas to carry out poverty alleviation and donation activities. The People's, Industry, Research and Research Creation Park will build a drip technology school to support children from families with financial difficulties to receive free vocational education.
