On May 22nd, the China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association organized a scientific and technological evaluation meeting for the “Green aluminum cans green relegation and reuse technology†in Beijing. The research and development of this scientific and technological achievements lasted for 6 years. It has received support from the National Science and Technology Support Program and Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan. It was jointly completed by Beijing University of Science and Technology, North China University and Zhaoqing Dazheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.
The meeting invited Vice President and Secretary-General Jia Mingxing of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and Chen Yunbo, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, to serve as the leader and deputy leader of the evaluation expert group respectively from Central South University, Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, China Aluminum Corporation, and Tsinghua University. Experts from Beijing Normal University and other units formed an evaluation committee. The evaluation will be chaired by Zhang Hongguo, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association.
The evaluation committee heard a special report on technology research and development by Zhang Shengen, the person in charge of the scientific and technological achievements. The project team developed a method and equipment for the low-oxygen stripping of rotating tunnel kiln with waste heat as the heat source, which effectively suppressed the production of dioxins. The aluminum foil had no burning loss and the paint stripping rate was over 95%. The waste aluminum was developed. Recoverable double-chamber inhalation type liquid submerged smelting technology and equipment for cans, the recovery rate of aluminum is over 97%, and the energy saving effect is remarkable; the comprehensive development of “fume gas secondary combustion-rapid cooling-bag dust removal-desulfurization and denitrification-active carbon adsorption†The environmental protection technology eliminates the generation of pollutants such as dust, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide compounds. The 3104 alloy produced from scrap aluminium cans meets the requirements of national standards and users. At present, the scientific and technological achievements have been achieved in Daqing Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. Zhaoqing City, the annual processing of 15,000 tons of aluminum cans green relegation industrialization applications, annual output value of 330 million yuan, total annual profits and taxes 89 million yuan, economic, social and environmental protection The benefits are significant.
The evaluation committee unanimously agreed that the overall technology of the scientific and technological achievements has reached the international advanced level, in which the aluminum recovery rate and energy-saving technical indicators have reached the world's leading level, and it is proposed to further expand the production capacity and increase the intelligent transformation of the production line.
