3. There are also two different situations in the mechanical fixing method.
(1) Mechanical nail pressing method
The method is to fix the coil waterproof layer by using galvanized steel or copper nails. Scope of application: It is mostly used for laying high polymer modified asphalt coils on wood base.
(2) Embedding method
The method is that the coil and the base layer are mostly not bonded, and the pebbles and the like are embossed, but the lap joint and the surrounding are fully viscous. The scope of application is for the empty shop method, inverted house.

1. Full-sticking method, also known as full-stick method, is a traditional construction method. This method can be used for hot-melt method, cold-adhesive method and self-adhesive method. The advantages and disadvantages are as follows: when used for three felt four oil asphalt waterproofing membranes, each layer has a certain thickness of mastic grease full viscosity, which can improve waterproof performance. However, if the leveling humidity is large or the surface deformation is large, the waterproof layer is prone to drumming and cracking. Applicable conditions: the roof area is small, the roof structure is less deformed, and the screed is dry.
2, empty shop method
The method is that the coil and the base layer are pasted only within a certain width of the circumference, and the rest are not pasted. When laying, the joints of the roof should be highlighted at the mouth, ridge and corners of the roof. The coil and the leveling layer should be fully adhesive. Its advantages and disadvantages: it can reduce the influence of base layer deformation on the waterproof layer, and is beneficial to solve the problem of wrinkling and cracking of the waterproof layer. However, since the waterproof layer and the base layer are not bonded, once leaked, the water will turbulent under the waterproof layer and it is difficult to find a leak.
3, strip sticking method
The method is that the coil and the base layer are strip-shaped, and each of the coils and the base layer is not less than two, and each width is not less than 150 mm, and the coil and the coil are overlapped, and the laminate is also covered. It should be full of stickiness, its advantages and disadvantages: because the coil and the base house do not stick together, it increases the ability of the waterproof layer to adapt to the deformation of the base layer, which is beneficial to prevent the drum from being drummed and cracked. The disadvantage is that the operation is more complicated, and some places can reduce one oil and affect the waterproof function.
4, point sticking method
The method is that the coil and the base layer are bonded by a point, and at least five adhesive points per square meter are required, and the area of ​​each point is not less than 100 mm×100 mm, the overlap of the coil material should be full, and the base layer should also be in a certain range around the waterproof layer. Fully sticky. When the first layer uses a puncher, it also belongs to the point bond. The disadvantage is that the waterproof layer is adapted to the ability of the base layer to deform, which is beneficial to solve the problem of wrinkling and cracking of the waterproof layer.
