The swaying load and the indefinite load should be treated equally with the rotating load in cooperation; too loose cooperation will lead to cooperation surface damage.
The ferrule and shaft or seat hole related to the rotation of the load direction; the transition cooperation or interference cooperation should be selected. The interference size should be used when the bearing is working under load; the ferrule does not occur on the cooperating appearance on the shaft or the seat hole. The “activity†is the criterion. The load is very light; or the ferrule has a low-speed transition under the heavy load effect; the transition cooperation can be selected; at this moment, the shaft appearance should have higher hardness and smaller surface roughness.
Regarding heavy load applications; generally, the cooperation should be tighter than in light load and normal load situations. The heavier the load; the greater the cooperative interference should be.
