At present, the photovoltaic industry is in the transition period of replacing crystalline silicon solar cells with flexible thin-film solar cells. Perovskite solar cells are currently the only high-efficiency solar cells that can be printed at low cost. Combining the technological superiority of Chongqing Research Institute in the preparation of large-area graphene, this time through the development of high-performance graphene flexible transparent electrodes that can replace ITO and combining it with perovskite solar cells to develop highly efficient flexible graphene-based calcium titanium The production of a standard perovskite solar cell with an efficiency of 12% (Figure 1) was performed using ore solar cells and a low-cost mass production process.
