Screw packing machine usage and precautions:

I. Preparation:

1. Clean dirt, debris and other items on the machine and clean and disinfect all parts of the food.

2. Check if the screws are loose during transportation. Rotate the belt by hand for one week to check if the machine is stuck or not. If there is, check the cause and remove it.

3. Lubricate the moving parts of the horizontal sealing guide column, cams, and cutting clutch (select 36# oil). Check if the gearbox is short of oil. If it is lower than the middle of the oil tank, add 36# oil.

a) Turn on the power and close the leakage switch in the electric control box.

b) Set the temperature required for longitudinal sealing and horizontal sealing of the mold, and let the temperature on the temperature control table rise to the required temperature of the packaging material.

Second, the boot sequence:

1, inching the packaging machine commissioning. Turn the blanking clutch lever to the disconnection mark. No abnormality starts the machine to run.

1. Adjust the stepless speed controller to the slow position according to the identification.

2. After the machine stops, follow the step of drawing the film to send the package material along the former to the longitudinal mold, press the seal, pull the clutch out with the right hand, pull the film to the pull-out wheel with the left hand, and close the pull-up clutch.

3, start the empty bag packaging mechanism, check its sealing quality.

4, together with the material handle, observe the cutting time is correct.

5. Put a small amount of material in the material bucket, start the packaging machine, test the finished product, and check whether the package weight meets the requirements.

6, the above preparations are completed, before the end of mass production.

Third, the shutdown sequence:

Disconnect the blanking clutch → Press the stop button to stop → Disconnect the main power switch → Sweep, clean

Fourth, note:

1. The operator must be proficient in the above procedure, otherwise it may cause the machine to malfunction.

2, the machine in the work process, should pay attention to the machine sound is normal, the temperature is normal, whether the packaging film is used up, whether the materials are used up. During the production process, the operator must not leave the packaging machine and the problem should be checked and stopped in time.

3, when adjusting the institutions must remember the original size and location, so that when the adjustment is not ideal to return to the original starting point.

4, the new machine run-in must be running at slow speed for 100-150 hours.

5, do not put tools and foreign objects on the machine to prevent falling into the mold, damage the mold.

6. When the job is suspended, it is necessary to move the sealing mold off.

7, after a long time of work with a special copper brush to clean the mold surface, is conducive to sealing quality.

8, the machine is strictly prohibited during the operation of the hand or items close to the active part.

9. Regularly check whether the fastening parts of the machine are loose and disconnected.

10. The gearbox should be replaced with oil (36#) once every 3 months, each time with the oil centerline.

V. Transportation and installation points

First, transportation:

When the machine is transported in the factory or workshop, it can be installed on the casters under the four corners of the machine. Note that the ground must be flat, otherwise the machine's casters will be easily damaged.

The long-distance transportation of the machine must have a solid and reliable packing box. The machine is firmly fixed on the bottom plate of the packing box with four legs. The movable part of the machine is fixed. The outside of the packing box must have the words “Do not invert” or “Do not strike” or the like. And hoisting method mark.

Second, install:

1, to prevent electric shock and ensure safety, be sure to install a good ground.

2, the machine should be placed away from the wet zone and high voltage power supply.

3, speed adjustment should be driven by the motor to drive the machine to operate.

4. Please place the machine in a location that is not directly reachable from the sun.

5, often clean the machine, timing oil.

6. Change the oil in the reducer once every three months.

Precautions

1, before each boot, to check whether there are abnormalities around the observation machine;

2. When the machine is in operation, it is strictly forbidden that the body, hands and head should approach or touch the running parts!

3, the machine is in operation, it is forbidden to put hands and tools into the knife seat!

4. When the machine is working normally, it is strictly forbidden to frequently switch the operation buttons, and it is forbidden to change the parameter setting values ​​at random;

5. It is forbidden to run at high speed for a long time;

6. Forbid two or more colleagues to operate various types of switch buttons and mechanisms of the machine; to shut down the power supply during maintenance and maintenance; when multiple people are debugging and maintaining the machine at the same time, they should pay attention to communicate with each other and indicate that accidents caused by failure to synergize should be prevented.
