Lushan government supports the transformation and upgrading of the leather shoe industry

After the tunnel was opened to traffic, Laoshan, which was once known as the Western shoe capital, has never had any movement. Recently, in the brand-name awarding ceremony for the entry enterprises of the Shoes Capital Industrial Park, Fan Mingwen, secretary of the Daishan County Committee, made it clear that the Yushan government will control the scale of the county's leather shoes and instead support the upgrading of the current leather shoe industry.

In recent years, there have been three major emerging industries in Weishan County, including electronic information, equipment manufacturing, and medicine and food. Fan Mingwen stated that this is a strategic transformation of the Lushan industrial economy and does not mean that the shoe industry has not stagnated. The leather shoe industry not only increases taxation but also solves employment problems for a large number of people. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice for the county to continue to develop and support the leather shoe industry. The Lushan government will control the size of the leather shoe industry, but will increase product quality on the existing basis, increase brand value, and then increase the added value of the brand.
