9. Add manual grease and piping, joints, etc. for flywheel bearings.
10. Balance cylinder operation status and oil lubrication system oil circuit, joints and other test inspection.
11. Test test of insulation resistance of motor circuit and electrical operation circuit.
12. Test the accuracy of the whole machine (verticality, parallelism, comprehensive clearance, etc.) and adjust the correction if necessary.
13. Punch appearance and accessories cleaning, check points and mechanical feet (basic) fastening screws, nut lock and level check if necessary adjustment.
14. Lubricate the oil supply system, the pipeline valve, etc. for cleaning, maintenance and inspection.
15. Air system pneumatic components, pipelines, etc. Cleaning and maintenance and operation test inspection.
B. The project should be executed every half year of maintenance.
1. Test of performance of photoelectric safety device and test adjustment of projection angle and area.
2. The appearance of the electrical system, the contact wear and the loose connection, etc.
3. The oil circuit of the overload protection device is clean, the oil chamber is cleaned, the oil is replaced, and the pressure action and function test are adjusted.
4. Main motor V-belt wear and tension condition check, adjustment.
5. Remove and disassemble the components of the brake mechanism (the flywheel does not contain) cleaning and maintenance, clearance check adjustment and installation and debugging.
6. The balancer is disassembled and disassembled, cleaned and repaired.
C. Items to be executed for each year of maintenance
1. Ball teeth, connecting rods are disassembled and decomposed, cleaned and maintained, check the threading and wear condition of the tooth saw and connecting rod, and polish, polish the occlusal surface and apply grease.
2. Slider assembly (high pressure oil chamber, capping. Overload hydraulic cylinder, worm gear, worm, etc.) disassembly and decomposition, cleaning and maintenance, clearance adjustment and wear surface, oil seal inspection and re-applied grease.
