4. The interface is not properly handled. During the pipeline installation and installation process, the two pipes are not tightly welded to cause water seepage, or the operation is not serious in the process of “filling the mouthâ€, causing damage caused by external sewage infiltrating into the insulation layer.
5. The plastic and polyurethane materials used are unreasonable. For example, it is often found that the plastic pipes which are extruded and formed are not sufficiently plasticized to deteriorate the outer tube. The low density of the polyurethane insulation tube results in low strength and is damaged during the handling process. In addition, the free acid contained in the system is too high, causing corrosion on the outer wall of the steel pipe.
