An imported bearing cannot be operated indefinitely; during the operation; the bearing will be damaged due to various reasons. If the device is not shiny, the smoothness is poor; the intrusion of moisture and dust, rust, electric corrosion, etc. can cause premature bearing damage. In the case of the device, smooth, and normal protection; after the operation at a certain time; it will also show fatigue and wear, and the bearing will not work properly.
The primary damage to rolling bearings is as follows:
1. Weakness falls off in imported bearings; touch appearance and relative movement of the touch surface (raceway or tumbling external surface); due to repeated acceptance of the load; first under the surface; must be at the depth; some weaker ones constitute a crack. Carry out to touch the appearance; make the surface metal into a sheet-like recording; the bearing can not work properly; this appearance is called fatigue and shedding.
2. Plastic deformation (Eternal deformation)

When the wear amount is large; the bearing clearance, noise, and oscillation are increased; The accuracy of the work; therefore directly affects the accuracy of some of the mainframes. Because of the bearings for some precision machinery; the amount of wear can be used to limit the life of the imported bearings.
