Residential is the most common type of building in architecture and the type of building that is closest to our lives. So we are always very concerned about residential design. The layout of the kitchen, the location of the kitchen, the reasonableness of the room type, and the ability to carry out more creative renovations are all topics we often talk about.
At present, there are many types of houses, such as apartment houses, high-rise slabs, and multi-storey houses. The example we introduced today is one of the high-rise residences – the duplex residence. In terms of space, duplex residences are more flexible than ordinary homes, allowing owners to make reasonable modifications to their homes in the future.
In the following example, I will use Haochen CAD Architecture 2011 to draw a CAD drawing of a duplex house. I hope that everyone can get some useful inspiration from the drawing process.
