The time limit for the retention of video and audio data obtained by the security technology protection system shall not be less than 30 days.

Unauthorized production of a maximum of 30,000 fines for preventive products The "Regulations" stipulates that if production and safety technology products are not registered and production control systems are implemented, they shall be ordered to stop illegal activities, confiscate illegal income, and impose a fine of more than 10,000 yuan but less than 30,000 yuan. If there is no record filing and sales of safety technology preventive products for the production registration system, a fine of more than 3,000 yuan but less than 5,000 yuan shall be imposed. The "Regulations" stipulates that a design proposal for a security technology prevention system that is to be installed without a security technology prevention system should be audited by the public security agency and an unaudited security technology prevention system has not been accepted or unqualified for inspection and acceptance. Fines ranging from 3,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan. Without permission to engage in the installation of security technology prevention systems, operations and service activities, the illegal proceeds shall be confiscated and a fine of more than 10,000 yuan but less than 30,000 yuan shall be imposed concurrently.
