Minerals are the product of various geological processes in nature. The geological processes of nature are divided into three types: endogenous, exogenous and metamorphic depending on the nature of the action and the source of energy. The energy of endogenous action originates from the interior of the earth, such as volcanism and magmatism; the exogenous action is the action of solar energy, water, atmosphere and biology (including weathering and sedimentation); metamorphism refers to the formation of minerals in certain The effect of changes under temperature and pressure. Under these three conditions, there are three ways to form minerals: the gaseous state becomes solid, the volcano ejects sulfur vapour or H2S gas, the former can be directly sublimated into natural sulfur due to sudden temperature drop, and the H2S gas can interact with O2 in the atmosphere. A chemical reaction takes place to form natural sulfur. Natural sulphur formed in this way is found in Taiwan's Datun volcano group and Guishan Island.
Liquid to solid is the main form of mineral formation and can be divided into two forms.
(1) Evaporation crystallization from a solution. In the Qaidam Basin of Qinghai, China, due to the long-term evaporation of salt lake water, the salt lake water is continuously concentrated and saturated, and many salt minerals such as rock salt are crystallized from it.
(2) Crystallization from the solution. The magma melt below the earth's crust is a highly complex high-temperature silicate melt (state of which is like molten steel in steelmaking furnaces). During the ascent, the temperature is continuously reduced. When the temperature is lower than the melting point of a certain mineral, Crystallization forms this mineral. All the components in the magma crystallize to form a series of minerals as the temperature drops. Generally, minerals with a high melting point crystallize into minerals.
The solid state becomes a solid state mainly from an amorphous body to a crystalline body. The lava flow from the volcano is rapidly cooled, and it is too late to form crystalline minerals, but it is consolidated into amorphous volcanic glass. After a long time, these amorphous bodies can be gradually transformed into various crystalline minerals.
Minerals formed by colloidal agglomeration are called colloidal minerals. For example, river water can carry a large amount of colloids, and meets the seawater at the exit. Because the seawater contains a large amount of electrolytes, the colloids in the river water gel and form colloidal minerals. The braided hematite in the coastal area is thus formed.
Minerals are formed under certain physical and chemical conditions. When the external conditions change, the original minerals can change to form another new mineral. For example, pyrite can form limonite after the surface and water and the atmosphere.

S-type load cells, also known as S-Beam Load Cells, are force sensors that measure tension and compression. S Type Load Cells are named for their S-shaped body.
S type" load cells, unlike other typical load cells, take their "S type" name from their shape, although occasionally some people do prefer the term "Z type", the spring element is located in the centre beam of the load cell.
The capacities of the S-type load cells we can offer vary from 25kg up to around 30 tonnes primarily using metal foil strain gauge technology. They are a successful choice for applications as they provide accuracy and have compact design features. Installation using rod ends or load buttons means that S-type load cells give excellent performance in both tension and compression applications.
Our compact s-shaped load cell range is available in low and high capacity choices. S-type load cells are mainly used to measure tensile forces, but also are suitable for compressive force measurement.
