New generation of rubber protective wax developed successfully

Sinochem New Network News A new special wax called ZF-5016 rubber protective wax has recently been successfully developed in Henan Oilfield Refined Wax Factory and put into mass production.

Different from previous generations of products, ZF-5016 rubber protective wax has different carbon number distribution indexes and is carefully processed by selecting various components of wax and various additives, and has good anti-aging properties. The use of this product enables the rubber product to be effectively protected from ozone, sunlight, and weather, thereby extending the service life. The product is widely used in tire companies as a physical antioxidant for producing radial tires, bias tires, engineering tires and other rubber products. It has better late-stage protection for tires and has a promising market outlook.

It is reported that from the beginning of March, the plant has successively completed the screening and evaluation of ZF-5016 rubber protective wax raw materials and additives. After trial production, pilot production, and user trials, it is industrialized in May and has already produced and sold 100 Ton.
