Automatic Bearing Ring Lathe Machine is a special equipment for turning inner and outer rings of small and medium-sized rolling bearings. The main processing objects are 628-6213 and other models. The assembly line is composed of several single function main machines and various auxiliary machines, which are connected through the slideway to complete the processing of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. It is suitable for the mass production of the inner and outer rings of the rolling bearings. The main engine undertakes the following tasks: inner hole, groove of end face, chamfering of inner and outer rings, separation of inner and outer rings, middle groove and side groove of inner and outer rings. The auxiliary equipment consists of disc feeder, elevator (floor type and bed type), scrap iron crusher, etc. The assembly line integrates mechanical and electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic in one, automatic feeding, processing and cutting, with high degree of automation and short processing cycle. It can flexibly form automatic or semi-automatic assembly lines with different forms and different lengths according to different raw materials and different process requirements of users. The machining accuracy is 0.01mm and the processing technology reaches the domestic advanced level.The machine can choose for double slide turning machine and single slide turning machine.
