The gap is such that the maximum gap does not exceed 0.15 mm (to be recorded).
Install the anchor bolts, tighten them symmetrically and achieve the required torque. The disc holder is placed smoothly and slowly on the reducer through three sets of electro-hydraulic jacks, taking care to ensure the alignment of the two locating pins and the holes and the flange of the output flange of the reducer. Install the reducer output flange and the grinding wheel base coupling bolt and positioning pin; remove three sets of seamless steel tube support frame and electro-hydraulic jack; tighten the connecting bolt according to the specified torque; cover the center plate of the grinding disc. Check and tighten the reducer base locating pin and anchor bolts, and use the original wedge iron to wedge the reducer.
Disassemble the grinding roller support device; reload the main reducer oil circuit system, thermometer, pressure gauge and other facilities, pay attention to the installation of sealing components at each joint; restore the installation of main transmission motor, auxiliary transmission motor and reducer and its subsidiary according to technical specifications Equipment, check the main motor and auxiliary transmission direction, confirm the error, install the diaphragm coupling, and remove the process bolt of the diaphragm. Pay attention to the exact alignment of the relevant equipment.
