(1) The degree of wear of the rubber sheet is measured by whether it can achieve effective sealing. If there is gas in the high and low pressure areas can not be isolated and the sealing surface has a deep groove, the rubber plate must be replaced.
(2) There must be no deep scratches on the surface of the steel lining plate. If the scratch depth is more than 1 mm, it needs to be reground. The edge of the steel plate lining through hole must maintain a sharp edge. If the edges are chamfered, fine particles will penetrate into the bonding surface of the rubber plate and the steel backing plate during working, resulting in increased wear of the rubber plate and shortening its service life. Therefore, the steel liner should be repaired in time.
